You will learn about the insurance market forces that are driving the demand for supportable values; how to conduct your own initial diagnostic review of your current property values; and the use of appropriate selection criteria for valuation consultants. The session will also highlight the optional levels of service appropriate for valuing properties in both public and private entities, and the structuring of an affordable appraisal program over a numbers of years. The session would be customized to address construction and equipment cost trends specific to the Dallas Fort Worth chapter, and all data are updated to the most current available.
